Romance eBooks are thriving

The New York Times has written a great article on how romance ebooks are thriving. One of the reasons appears to be that we can download and read them in relative secrecy. No more embarrassing covers, no worries about people finding a racy romance on your shelf, especially the hubby or kids!

Ebooks from small presses in particular tend to offer stories that are that little bit different, and at competitive prices as well compared with the top publishers, which tend to sell the ebook at the same price as the paperback, sometimes $10 or more.
